Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free within the Netherlands for all subscription plans.
We ship to countries within the EU and Britain countries have a postage fee of 18 € on all orders.
When will I receive my order?
For all order details, simply log-in to your user account to view your order status
Who will deliver my order?
We use only man powered and electric vehicles when delivering within the Netherlands. We use DHL for most deliveries to the EU.
Can I order if I live in an outer area or on an island?
Due to food import regulations, we currently don’t deliver to Spanish Islands.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Depending on when your order is place, you are able to amended or cancelled within three days of order date. Feel free to contact us at info@lawsofnature.earth should you experience any difficulties
Can I return my order?
We are unable to refund any orders once shipped but we do want to hear form you should your order not meet your expectation.
I need help
If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your delivery. Don’t worry, contact info@lawsofnature.earth within 7 days of the due delivery date and we’ll look into this for you. If we’re made aware outside of this time, it’ may be harder to track or recover or replace, so do contact us sooner rather than later.
Subscription
How does it work?
Subscriptions automatically roll over from season too season. Each season consists of 12 week during which your pack will be delivered every six week cycle to minimise overall packaging and carbon footprint.
We deliver to your door 2-5 days in advance of the next cycle. Information will be sent via e-mail 2 days in advance to arrange the most convenient slot for your delivery.
Why no Monthly plan
The Seasonal Symbiotic is a Seasonal Plan. We work with seasonal cycles ordering and preparing our seasonal ingredients accordingly. With a seasonal plan we are able to work in collaboration with farmers, ensure yields are no more, no less than what is required. This is also why we have limited subscription. Our business philosophy aims to produce consciously made product is every way for conscious minded people.
Do I have to sign up for a subscription?
No. You are welcome to try it before you commit, however we do believe that nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle are cornerstone tools to building foundational health. Continuous, intake is the best way to get the most out of your Seasonal Symbiotic. By signing up for a subscription, you’ll easily be able to build the Seasonal Symbiotic into your routine.
You can also reschedule or cancel or pause your subscription, simply log-in from your user account to see your options.
Cancellation
You can cancel or change or pause your subscription at any time during the first 3 weeks of any cycle, simply log-in from your user account to see your options.
Binding period
As a seasonal product that delivers seasonal health, the subscription period is per season.
You see best results when you take nutritional supplements consistently and a subscription plan makes that easy. When you add a product or products to a plan, you’ll receive it 6-weekly without having to do anything to re-order. When you sign up, you’re committed for a minimum of one season (12 weeks). After which, you can cancel or amend or pause your subscription, simply log-in to your user account to see your options.
Product
What does a subscription to the Seasonal Symbiotic include?
Each Seasonal Symbiotic pack includes, 150 tablets Essential Amino Restore, 300g Seasonal Herb Symbiotic and 2-4 555g packs of Active Omega Protein per person, depending on which plan you choose. Your first pack includes a reusable scoop.
Is the Symbiotic Plan Gluten Free? Vegan?
All of our products are 100% vegan. They are also Gluten, sugar and dairy free.
How should I store the store my products?
Store in a cool, dark, dry place. Do not expose to extreme temperature changes. Do not store in the fridge. If decanting use clean, dry container. Store away from light or in a dark / non-transparent container.
Can I use your products if I’m on birth control/other medication?
Yes, but as with all supplements, we recommend checking with your doctor first.
What is the average shelf life?
Seasonal Symbiotic and Active Omega protein are 100% natural living food. Please see your pack for best before date. We recommend consuming with 30 days from opening.
Are all of your products organic?
To ensure maximum nutrient density, all of our ingredients are 100% organic and often beyond. Further more, we test all our ingredients for any mycotoxins.

Prebiotics vs Probiotics. What’s the difference?
Prebiotics are like the fertile soil of the stomach while probiotics are the transitory microbes. With the right conditions created through a diverse diet rich in plant fibres the gut is able to provide the perfect breading ground for the good bacteria to flourish. There are many products offering probiotic benefits, however there are few studies to suggest they are at all effective. Our approach to gut health starts with the ‘soil’.
How long will it take to see results?
It depends on the person. The highly bio-available Essential Amino Restore instantly gives your body the support it needs.
For long-term benefits, most people* see positive changes after 1-3 months. With all products, noting down how you feel at different points of day can be a useful way to track progress.
